本文以柴油机台架磨合过程为研究范围，采用先进的油液分析技术，表面分析技术和柴油机性能参数分析技术相结合的方法，在采集柴油机台架磨合阶段磨合润滑油样和相关信息，对柴油机台架磨合润滑油样的光谱分析、铁谱分析、颗粒计数分析等技术手段获得的各种信息进行特征提取，结合来自于分析铁谱和扫描电镜的特征图像信息，以及柴油机性能参数中的特征信息，用界限值分析法、模糊综合分析法和趋势图分析法等多种方法，并融合其他相关的特征信息，建立柴油机台架磨合质量综合评价数学模型，综合分析柴油机台架磨合质量，研制开发了柴油机台架磨合质量综合评价系统。 |
